About
Welcome Here
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with a M.A. in Counselling Psychology. I have been in the helping profession since 2011 in a variety of capacities. I have been working in private practice since 2019.
Working With Me
In our sessions, I recognize the importance of human connection and the impact of daily stresses on our well-being. I provide a safe space for individuals to explore and address issues like trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, stress, self-esteem, grief and more. Together, we create a supportive environment for self-exploration and healing, empowering you to navigate life's challenges with understanding and compassion.
Working with me often involves a focus on listening to the wisdom of your body and honouring the various parts of yourself and how they are trying to help. I am passionate about uncovering the stories that our bodies hold, creating new pathways in our brain, lives, and relationships throughout the process. My approach combines body-focused, neuroscientific, and attachment frameworks, integrating parts work when suitable and aligned with the individual's needs.
