Welcome Here

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor, with the British Columbia Association

of Clinical Counsellors. I attained my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Trinity Western University and have been working in the mental health field in a variety of capacities since 2011. I established

Relate & Reflect Counselling in 2020 as a virtual counselling space.

I understand the courage it takes to confront one’s own pain and trauma.

Through my training in various evidence-based therapy modalities, including Somatic Attachment Psychotherapy (SAP), Accelerated, Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and Core Self Reclamation Therapy (CSRT) I offer a unique blend of relational and experiential techniques to guide you towards healing and self-compassion. My approach is rooted in creating a safe and collaborative space where you can explore your emotions and experiences. Together, we will work towards understanding how past challenges have impacted you and develop practical tools to navigate life's complexities today.

Whether you're facing darkness or seeking light, I am here to support you every step of the way.

I am dedicated to fostering a relationship built on trust and authenticity, where you can feel empowered to make positive changes in your life. It would be an honor to join you on your journey towards growth and self-discovery.

Working With Me

In our sessions, I recognize the importance of human connection and the impact of daily stresses on our well-being. I provide a safe space for individuals to explore and address issues like trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, stress, self-esteem, grief and more. Together, we create a supportive environment for self-exploration and healing, empowering you to navigate life's challenges with understanding and compassion.

Working with me often involves a focus on listening to the wisdom of emotions and your body, honouring the various parts of yourself and how they are trying to help. I am passionate about uncovering the stories that our bodies hold, creating new pathways in our brain, lives, and relationships throughout the process. My approach combines body-focused, neuroscientific, and attachment frameworks, integrating parts work when suitabe.
